Q – I forgot my password, how do I regain access to the course?

A – To go to the course login page Click Here. On the course login page click the text below the sign-in button that says “If you don’t remember your username and password click here.” and you will be sent an email with information on how to log back in. Make sure to check your spam or junk mail if you do not receive the email.

Q – How Do I Log into the Course?

A – For first time log in follow the instructions in the onboarding video which you can view by Clicking Here. You can log into the course using the Student Login tab on the top bar of this site or by Clicking Here

Q – How do I take my tests?

A – All testing for the AGI Online Pro Course is administered within the course website. There are separate tests for each of the 5 courses at the end of each course section. Please view the course onboarding video here for an example of how testing is administered.

Q – How do I update my payment information if my card declines or is expired?
